About Craig
I have lived most of my life enjoying all that “Lake Life” has to offer. Born and raised in Fremont, Ohio my family spent most summer weekends at the lake and that is where it all started…Upon graduation from Fremont Ross, I set off to BGSU, where I received my BFA in Architecture / Environmental Design. I received my Real Estate license about that same time, which I have found to be the perfect marriage between my appreciation for a home’s character and design with its relationship to the land it sits on. All these things combined, is what makes each property unique, in its own way.
I have been married to my beautiful wife for 35 years and we are blessed with (4) amazing children and (4) adorable grandchildren….and counting (I Hope). We have lived fulltime on Catawba Island for over 30 years and are well acquainted with all the area has to offer.
With my Architectural background, I have been active, over the past 20 years, buying homes most people did not want because they were either outdated, ugly or had a floor plan that was not conducive for today’s lifestyle. By putting my design and vision to paper, these properties were transformed from homes that nobody wanted into homes that were in demand. It is this unique combination that sets me apart from other realtors.
